Nanofibrous membrane
Trivent® is a super-breathable and water-resistant membrane material providing excellent vapor transition from a body and protects a person against precipitation and wind. It really can make you dry in all weather.
Trivent® is created not like a traditional textile membrane by extruding or expanding, but it is produced by electrospinning technology – membrane nanofibers are spun from polymers (PA, PVDF, PU) by an electrostatic magnetic field in a special machine.
We supply Trivent® membrane itself for producing multilayer textiles and three-layer textiles powered by Trivent® based on big variety of face and knit fabrics.
To achieve the best performance of three-layer textiles, we use the hot-melt dot lamination process. This technology allows bonding polymer membrane and fabrics using temperature and special adhesives to preserve all functional properties of each layer.
In a three-layer textile the base layer of face fabric provides the general characteristics of a textile, the membrane provides waterproof and breathability, and a tricot-mesh layer protects the membrane from abrasion.
Application
Trivent® has applications for outdoor, sport, and tourist garments. It is especially suitable for clothes for high physical activities.

Nano-dimensional structure
TRIVENT® membrane presents itself as a 3D-dimensional web with the diameter of each fiber around 500-700 nm and produced by the electrospinning technology – a special machine spins the nanofibers from polymers solution in an electrostatic field and creates unordered structure of dense-folded fibers, which allows vapor to go through the Trivent® very easily and prevents any sweating. At the same, time free space between fibers is small enough to keep a drop of water onto surface.
